Foley Fish, a fourth generation fish house in Boston, is our preferred fish purveyor because they ship us the freshest, cleanest, most carefully sourced fish and crabmeat we can find and they end every order saying, “nice order, treat it well…”

Danny Roller at Barton Creek Farms is one of our favorite sources of local foods. Quick with a drink and a joke, his kind demeanor is shared  with his cows.

There's some science to having perfect salad greens and local produce in Tennessee in the middle of winter. Bob Jones keeps the 200 lbs. of salad we sell each week fresh, crisp and healthy through hydroponic growing. He also supplies us with exotic specialty greens, like the red mizuna.

Drinking water is an important part of your meal and your day. There‟s something comforting about having a nice cold bottle of water at the ready. To this end, we have a reverse osmosis water filtration system and chiller that provides bottled water with no additional bottles added to the landfill.
